Let your software do the work |
For the quick upgrade download EAupgr21q.exe
For the full upgrade download EAupgr21.exe |
You can only use this upgrade if your screen size can
accommodate 800x600 (at least).
What do we mean by this?
If your current version of EeziAccounts already completely fills your screen
then you shouldn’t apply this upgrade unless you can adjust your screen to
800x600. Versions up to version 4.1 run on a 640x480 screen size, while version
5 needs an 800x600 (or larger) screen. If you are not sure about this, you may
need to consult someone with the necessary expertise to make sure.
You should apply this upgrade if your program is Version 5.3 or less. This upgrade makes your program version 5.4
DO NOT uninstall your existing version!
Download the file below and save it to your desktop or a temporary folder.
Shut down the EeziAccounts program if it was running. (Go out of it).
Copy the entire contents of the EeziAccounts folder to another location on your hard drive. This is a precaution in case there is a problem and you need a backup.
Close down all other running programs.
Run the update by double clicking on the downloaded file from Windows Explorer or My Computer.
Make sure that you select the same program folder as the one in which your current version is located. If you accepted all the defaults while installing the current version, then accepting the defaults again will work correctly.
There are now two choices of upgrade – the quick upgrade
is a reasonably small download, and should work for the vast majority of
users, if not all. We suggest you try this first. If you get an error
message on starting the program you should then download the full upgrade
which is a much bigger download. No data will be lost either way. |
